Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: On-site (Dubai, UAE) Salary: AED 1,700 – 3,000 per month (maximum) + Attractive Incentives Languages Required: Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi Job Type: Full-Time Shifts: 11-hour rotational Benefits: VISA, Food, and Accommodation provided Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound chats and calls to assist users on the platform. Promote platform features, offers, bonuses, and promotions to increase user activity and engagement. Support users with account registration, deposits, withdrawals, and general queries. Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and user interactions. Use Excel for tracking data, updating reports, and monitoring performance. Provide professional, empathetic, and persuasive communication to ensure a positive customer experience. Requirements Previous customer service or telesales experience preferred (experience in gaming or fintech domains is a plus). Fluency in Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory. Basic knowledge of Excel (data entry and formulas). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in rotational day shifts. Immediate joiners preferred.
