Supervisor: Market President
Workdays/Hrs: Monday - Friday (8am-5:00pm)
Saturday (rotation 8am – 11am)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of teller experience desired; prior experience in a lead or supervisory teller role strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work with a team while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The CSR Supervisor plays a pivotal role in both customer service and branch leadership. This position combines frontline customer service responsibilities with team oversight to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences. This position is ideal for someone who leads by example, thrives in a hands-on role, and is passionate about delivering friendly, accurate service in a community-focused atmosphere.

CSR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform all teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and account inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
  • Balance personal cash drawer daily and maintain transaction accuracy within established limits.
  • Assist with vault management, cash orders, ATM balancing, and dual control responsibilities.
  • Identify customer needs and refer products or services to appropriate bank staff.
  • Uphold strong knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures to serve customers efficiently.

Supervisory Duties

  • Supervise daily teller operations, ensuring smooth workflow, proper staffing, and excellent customer service.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback including yearend reviews to CSR team members.
  • Lead by example in appearance, professionalism, and adherence to policies.
  • Serve as first point of contact for customer service escalations and assist in resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor teller cash levels, transaction approvals, and override activity to reduce risk and maintain compliance.
