POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and service-focused Customer Service Representative to manage incoming service requests, coordinate field technicians, and support general office operations. This is a key role that connects our customers to solutions and ensures our service team runs smoothly and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or administrative support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computers and scheduling/CRM software
  • Professional phone manner and attention to detail
  • Experience in the low-voltage or service industry is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails, triage service requests, and communicate with customers
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians based on availability, skillset, and urgency of the issue
  • Track service calls and ensure timely follow-ups and completion documentation
  • Collaborate with the operations team to assign resources and manage workload
  • Maintain accurate service records and customer notes in our CRM
  • Support basic administrative tasks including filing, ordering materials, and updating logs
  • Assist with service invoicing and billing processes as needed
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to offer level 1 tech support
