POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Customer Service & Orders Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing order processing, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple touchpoints. The role requires effective communication with customers, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:

  • Stay current with I5 Industries’ products, services, and offerings to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a related role.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and order management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
