Schedule: 9 hours/day including 1-hour break (rotating AM/PM shifts)

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a customer-facing, sales-driven Customer Service Representative to welcome and support walk‑in clients at our Dubai office. You will guide customers through our services, prepare contracts, coordinate with our operations team to match customers with the right workers, and follow up to ensure a great experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

· Greet walk‑in customers and provide a professional, friendly first impression.
· Understand customer needs and present suitable service, proactively upsell and cross‑sell where relevant.
· Prepare, explain, and process service agreements/contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
· Coordinate with operations to match customers with appropriate workers and confirm availability.
· Ensure smooth office procedures (appointments, documentation, payments, and basic administrative tasks).
· Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and ensure data privacy compliance.
· Conduct follows‑ups with customers to confirm satisfaction, handle concerns, and encourage repeat business.
· Support day‑to‑day office needs and contribute to a clean, organized reception area.
