ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative at TAFE NSW, you’ll be the first point of contact for our students and customers. With a focus on first-contact resolution and responsive service, you’ll handle a diverse range of enquiries and transactions within a fast-paced, multi-channel environment. You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and in line with compliance standards, processes, and systems.
We’re establishing an 18-month talent pool to support both temporary and ongoing roles across various locations in NSW. While opportunities may arise throughout the state, our immediate focus is on the following areas:

This is a child-related position. A Working with Children Check is a prerequisite for anyone in child-related work. It involves a national criminal history check and review of findings of workplace misconduct.
To be eligible for positions at TAFE NSW, you need to be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand passport.
A talent pool, valid for 18 months, may be created for this position, and position(s) of the same classification that subsequently becomes vacant and may be filled via this recruitment.
