JOB DESCRIPTION

We build tires, wheels, and assemblies for utility trailers, recreational vehicles, livestock trailers, boat trailers, and dry van trailers. Quality is our number one focus; we constantly test and improve our product designs.
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer- oriented individual to join our team. This position primarily involves providing exceptional customer service, handling sales inquiries, and managing orders in our warehouse.

SKILLS:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a sales environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and order management systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented mindset with a focus on providing accurate and high-quality service.
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  Job Type: Full time
  Pay: $15
