Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: Field incoming calls from customers or other parties and address their inquiries or concerns. Effectively handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Direct calls to the appropriate personnel or departments as needed. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns to the best of your ability. Mitigate issues to prevent client dissatisfaction that could lead to refunds. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in customer interactions Qualifications Required Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Driven and hardworking, with a keen interest in learning and personal growth. Coachable, with a willingness to embrace training and feedback to enhance their sales skills. Meticulous attention to detail and high sense of accountability. Excellent communicators, capable of building trust and rapport with clients over the phone. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Previous call center experience is highly desired Bilingual in both English and Spanish is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
