We’re looking for a friendly, detail‑driven Customer Service Representative & Team Coordinator to support our craftsmen, delight our customers, and help our office operate at its best. What You’ll Do Answer calls and emails with warmth and professionalism Schedule services and guide customers through what we offer Coordinate daily schedules for craftsmen and appointments Maintain accurate customer records and job details Communicate clearly with customers, craftsmen, and vendors Gather project details, request photos, and support the creation of estimates Work closely with the owner and field team to ensure great experiences What You Bring 2+ years in customer service, office coordination, estimating, or construction support Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Friendly, clear communication skills Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Copilot Experience with ServiceTitan or Jobber is a plus Basic understanding of home repair or remodeling A positive, problem‑solving mindset
