Qualify and verify customer requests with accuracy and professionalism. Check technicians in and out, and dispatch purchase orders to subcontractors or internal divisions. Ensure prompt and knowledgeable service that meets customer satisfaction. Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned. ✅ What You Bring: 1+ year of customer service experience . Previous call center experience is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
