Role Overview Job Title: Customer Service Representative Start Date: April 6, 2026 Location: Tempe, AZ 85284 Workplace Type: In‑Office Shift: Must be available 7 days a week between 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM (assigned a fixed schedule within these hours) What You’ll Do Handle high-volume inbound calls in a fast-paced healthcare call center environment Assist members with prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential information Accurately document interactions while navigating multiple systems with strong attention to detail Qualifications 1+ year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2–3 years) Strong customer service skills with clear, professional phone presence Why This Role Stands Out Clear path to permanent employment based on performance Proven growth opportunities into team lead, trainer, supervisor, IT, claims, or PA roles Performance-based shift bidding after training Training Note: Paid training is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM for 4 weeks. Participation is key—successfully completing training requires an average test score of 90%. Mandatory overtime may apply during peak months. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
