Description Floor Associate: • Provide customer service to customers at the the store in New York City • Assist customers in purchase of Company branded merchandise and products • Provide customers with product information and demonstrations • Recommend products to meet customers needs • Perform cash register and merchandise restock duties • Ability to adhere to attendance and punctuality guidelines Skills customer service, gaming, client services, guest services, electronics Top Skills Details customer service, gaming, client services, guest services, electronics Additional Skills & Qualifications Atleast one year of customer service experience in a retail environment MUST HAVE CASHIER EXPERIENCE - *New req Experience in a video gaming or electronics environment is strongly preferred At least a high school diploma or GED is required Working knowledge of video gaming products and/or services Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and represent the company at a public level Ability to lift heavy objects or do continuous lifting while adhering to proper lifting techniques and ladder usage Ability to perform routine display repair and maintenance ****Associates are required to work at least 3 weekdays and have full weekend availability** Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.
