Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with potential customers at community events and field locations to promote access to affordable wireless services
  • Manage the full sales and enrollment process, including eligibility checks, application completion, and device setup
  • Provide post-enrollment support by assisting with basic troubleshooting and answering service-related questions
  • Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for new and returning customers, helping them maximize program benefits
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly enrollment goals while delivering high-quality customer interactions
