Citizens Savings Bank, a local Community Bank, is seeking to hire a Part-Time Customer Service Representative/Teller I in our Honesdale Branch that will be committed to providing exceptional service to our customer base. Strong communication skills, good attention to detail and a friendly demeanor are important in this role. Citizens Savings Bank is a locally owned and operated community bank headquartered in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. We have six branch offices located throughout Lackawanna, Monroe and Wayne County. Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative/Teller, your primary responsibilities will include: Welcome customers and establish a professional relationship with them. Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while balancing a cash drawer daily and performing platform-based transactions. Expand and increase customer relationships through selling and referring techniques. Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures. Location: The position will be located at 335 Willow Avenue, Honesdale, PA 18431. Job Hours: Position will work up to 29 hours Monday-Saturday. Scheduled hours may vary and are subject to change based upon branch needs. Must be able to float to other branch offices and work Saturdays in the branch network.
