Description Description Seeking a friendly Full-Time Customer Service Representative/Teller for our Brighton branch to open all types of deposit accounts and process customer transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong face-to-face customer service skills. Prior banking experience is preferred but not required. Must have a sincere commitment to exceptional customer service. This role requires computer skills and the ability to master bank software. The successful candidate will have an outgoing personality, present a professional appearance, have high-quality written and verbal communication skills, and be able to match customers’ needs to the bank’s products and services. Requirements Seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative/Teller to open all types of deposit accounts and process customer transactions. Process Teller transactions Open New Accounts Open and close the facility Provide memorable customer service The successful candidate will possess a High School diploma or general education degree (GED); one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The typical full-time schedule is 5 days per week, 37-40 hours, including Saturdays on a rotating basis. After training is completed, the incumbent may be required to work at other branches (Clayton, Glen Carbon) as needed.
