Temprite Climate Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Team. This position is working out of our Cumberland office, is part-time, with flexible hours, Monday to Friday, ranging from 7am to 4pm (part time hours, plus covering sick time, vacations and high volume time periods). Anticipate a minimum of 20 hours per week.
This role is an integral part of Temprite and would suit a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment while reacting well to short notice changes. This position requires excellent customer service and communication skills (and be a skilled liaison between our internal and external audiences – technicians, suppliers, customers, industry partners). The ideal candidate would excel at utilizing all forms of sophisticated communication technology (inbound and outbound): phone, text, email, apps, Microsoft Office and our Service Titan Database.
