Position Overview: Full-time Monday – Friday

In this role, you will focus on servicing our clients and nurturing key relationships while balancing multiple deadlines and coordinating details across teams. You’ll act as the central hub between clients and internal departments, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. We are looking for someone who is:

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Three (3) or more years of experience in client service in a related or B2B field
  • Event or Retail industry experience an asset
  • Experience in using an ERP system for configurator quotation and detailed entering of sales orders
Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES (INCLUDE AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service.
  • Manage a constant flow of client requests, ensuring prompt and accurate communication with both clients and internal teams.
  • Define project requirements, scope, and objectives, and manage them from initiation through completion, serving as the client’s advocate every step of the way.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, collateral materials, and other necessary documentation under tight timelines.
  • Maintain accurate client information in the database, adhering to internal processes.
  • Enter and oversee sales and work orders from creation through production and shipment.
  • Coordinate closely with Production and Project Managers to ensure timely project completion and delivery.
  • Oversee accurate and timely billing for all orders and projects.
  • Facilitate and track artwork approvals with clients to keep projects moving without delays.
  • Liaise with external service providers (installation, freight, custom fabrication) for large-scale or complex projects.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of The Look Company’s products, services, and internal processes.
