Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be the face of the rental office. The candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement. This role is a mix of being on the road and in an office environment depending on the needs of the business.

Tasks

• Be responsible for renting and checking in vehicles to the location. ·
• Quote customers on agreed rates for branch to maximise rate and revenue for their location·
• To plan deliveries and collections in an efficient manner to lower time spent on the road where possible.·
• Deliver and collect vehicles from both commercial and resident properties
• They will assist in all areas of the branch including impros, pre closes, overdue rentals.
• Develop a positive environment to ensure customer satisfaction and effective branch operation.

Experience and Skill·

• Minimum 2 years in customer service oriented role·
• Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years·
• Excellent phone handling / communication skills· Strong IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)·
• A proven track record in retail sales is beneficial.·
• Strong attention to detail and conscientious approach to work

Pay: €25,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
