The UPS Store is a locally owned franchise business looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for multiple locations in Edmonton. We are looking for hard working individuals with a good attitude and a willingness to learn.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma required
• Experience working in retail/customer service environment; experience with shipping or postal office considered an asset
• Graphic design and experience working in a print environment preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Customer service experience with strong verbal/written skills
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs

• Delivers exceptional customer service while building rapport and trust with customers for future business
• Provides knowledgeable business solutions to customers including packaging, shipping, printing, and finishing options
• Works directly with customers to interpret client design needs
• Develops graphics and visual images for product illustrations, logos, and print marketing
• Receives and distributes parcels to mailbox holders
• Understands and educate customers of mailbox options and benefits
• Operates all store equipment such as printers, scanners, fax machines, laminators, and binding equipment
• Utilizes computer software and presents customers with multiple shipping options for delivering parcels to their destinations with varying speed and protections.
• Follows standard packaging guidelines; accurately assess materials necessary for packing jobs and perform at customers’ request
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment
• May be required to open or close the store
• Other related duties as required
