If you love variety, thrive in a busy environment, and enjoy helping people, this could be the perfect role for you! As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll provide professional, friendly, and efficient service at our front desk and over the phone. You’ll play a key role in supporting both our clients and our veterinary team. Hours: Wednesday 4pm-8pm, Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm. Key Responsibilities: Delivering friendly, efficient service to clients visiting our clinic and by phone or email. Booking in animal consultations with efficiency and accuracy. Support the team in managing urgent and/or critical care walk ins. Handling customer retail enquiries. What You’ll Bring: Previous experience in customer service and/or administration (agriculture or vet sector experience is a bonus). Confident communicator who builds rapport easily and can manage multiple tasks. A strong team player who enjoys supporting others to do their best work. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Strong Microsoft 365 suite skills or willingness to learn. A high degree of professionalism, empathy and resilience.
