ROLE SUMMARY As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving seamless order fulfillment and account management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions in global customer support and regulatory compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Customer Account Management: Set up and manage domestic and international customer accounts, ensuring strict compliance with region-specific regulations and licensing requirements. Provide new customers with onboarding support, including product fulfillment and relevant documentation. * Order Processing & Fulfillment: Accurately record, confirm, and verify customer orders. Coordinate shipments, monitor delivery status, and manage product return processes (including issuing return authorizations and tracking returned items). * Customer Advocacy & Support: Serve as a customer advocate by documenting feedback and escalating product or service concerns to relevant teams. Resolve customer issues such as order modifications, delayed shipments, or missing items promptly and professionally. * Documentation & Compliance: Maintain precise records of all customer interactions and transactions. Ensure strict compliance with documentation standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with departments including Sales, Shipping, Marketing, and Accounting to create reports, customer profiles, and other essential business documentation. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Minimum Qualifications (Must-Have): * High School Diploma required. * At least one (1) year of customer service or related office experience. * Proficiency in computer applications, including the Microsoft 365 Suite. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with polished, professional telephone communication skills. * High level of attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities. * Ability to maintain professionalism, composure, and reliability under pressure. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have): * Associate degree or higher. * Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. WORK ENVIRONMENT & POSITION INFO * Location: 100% Remote (Candidates must have access to a dedicated, distraction-free home office environment with a quiet, organized space to facilitate smooth operations). * Department: Customer Service (Reports to the Customer Service Manager). * Confidentiality: This position has access to confidential and proprietary company information; a high level of confidentiality must be maintained at all times. * Supervises: No direct reports.
