THE ROLE

As our new Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey – welcoming clients, handling service requests, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Working closely with the service team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping customers informed and supported, helping them get back on the road with confidence.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional way
• Listening to customer needs and recommending the right solutions
• Coordinating with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Providing updates and keeping customers fully informed
• Resolving customer queries quickly and effectively
• Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions
• Promoting additional services and products to enhance the customer experience
