Our superstar Customer Service Representative has now been promoted to Customer Service Team Leader, therefore we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fun and vibrant team on a permanent, full-time basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Customer Service Representative will represent the Toyota brand with pride and recognize the importance of being both the voice of Albany Toyota and the voice of the customer. You’ll handle incoming calls, respond to enquiries, and support our service departments by managing bookings and follow ups. This role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, with no weekend work required unless you would like to join in on some of our awesome community events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
