Overview We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative supporting Mandarin-speaking customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
