Position Summary We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Rentals team in Byron Center, MI. As the first point of contact for rental and leasing customers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience. This is an in-office position—you’ll be expected to report to the office each working day. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM. Process rental and lease orders accurately and efficiently. Manage GPS tracking units on rental equipment. Assist customers with insurance documentation and rental agreements. Investigate and resolve customer issues with timely solutions. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth rental operations. Support general office tasks (filing, scheduling, data entry). Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred). 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in transportation or logistics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and CRM platforms. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with strong time management skills. Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems and processes. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Tools & Technology CRM software (e.g., Karmak Fusion, SugarCRM) Microsoft Office Suite & Google Drive Multi-line phone systems Database and document management tools Outlook Email and scheduling platforms
