Description
Print OBL from system as per requirement and stamp on them ; Payment bank in checking; Checked LOI from shipper and send the OBL out. Recorder and scan OBL copy to keep recorder. Confirm courier nbr. to shipper via email or phone call. Requirements Have counter service in liner or forwarding company is preferable. Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese to have good communication with customers. Good English level in writing, CET-4 or above is preferable. Willing to work under pressure & have strong teamwork spirit. Good computer skill, familiar with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative Trainee is responsible for printing and stamping OBLs, checking payments, and confirming courier numbers with shippers. Additionally, they will record and scan OBL copies for record-keeping.
