Rocke Brothers is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. What you’ll be doing: * Build strong relationships with customers and the operations team. * Proactively manage customer inquiries and ensure service levels and satisfaction are met. * Communicate clearly and promptly with both customers and internal teams. * Coordinate client orders with warehouse and transport teams to meet daily requirements. * Track and report on performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPI). * Ensure stock is accurately accounted for in preparation for stocktakes. * Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and deliver efficient solutions. * Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude, with a “Customer is KING” mindset. * Manage time effectively, problem-solve, and multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. What we’re looking for: * Previous experience in customer service or a similar role within Warehousing and Logistics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and strong data entry skills. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks. * Ability to work independently or within a team, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing environments. * A proactive mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer solutions.
