We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pleasanton, CA! As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide top-notch support to our valued customers. We are looking for a friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused individual who is passionate about helping people and solving problems. Responsibilities: Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and assist them via phone, email, and chat. Providing accurate information and solutions to customers' problems Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to appropriate departments when necessary Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records Working collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional customer service Staying up to date with product knowledge and company policies and procedures Requirements High School diploma, GED, or equivalent 2+ years’ experience in a similar customer service role Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Empathy and patience when dealing with customers Ability to work independently as well as part of a team BENEFITS: We believe people are the most important part of every business, which is why we offer more than just great health insurance plans at a great rate.
