As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Customer Service Representatives for our U.S. processes on the night shift. Role Overview: In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for our customers, helping to ensure that they receive top-notch service during their interactions with us. You will handle customer queries, provide information about our services, and assist in scheduling appointments. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and confirm appointments. Provide accurate information regarding our products and services. Offer solutions to customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Document customer interactions and maintain records accurately. Work collaboratively with team members to meet established goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working night shifts (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST). Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Proficient in using computers and CRM systems (training will be provided). Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
