We have a great opportunity for a candidate that is detail oriented, has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and has experience in a production environment. This position will work Mon - Fri from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. In this role, you will: Respond to our customers by phone and email in a timely, professional manner Process high volume of inquiries from customers Always follow through with each customer Possess a high level of knowledge of our products and services (training provided) Protect company and customer information in accordance with company policies and procedures Requirements Great Customer Satisfaction skills. Strong attention to detail Love working in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated Bilingual (Spanish speaking a plus, but not required) Previous experience in a customer service position Strong verbal and written communication skills Customer Oriented Effective multi-tasker that is able to handle surprises in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Excellent attendance and ability to work overtime as needed Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening Experience in the graphic arts industry is a plus
Responsibilities
The representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner while processing a high volume of requests. This role requires consistently following through with every customer and maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge.
