Description

UK Meds Direct Ltd is an online medical portal service, operating within the online health sector. Your role will be interacting with the customers, assisting people buying medication for themselves and their pets online through our websites.
UK Meds is run by an experienced, diverse team who pride themselves on the work hard, play hard mantra. The office is a very friendly environment to work with open plan areas to socialise during breaks.
Your role will be as the first point of contact for customer queries arising from the UK market-place, answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
The role is permanent, full time, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, 8am - 4pm on a Friday, based in the Castle Marina area of Nottingham.
No agencies required.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
  • Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
  • Use of online systems including CRM, website CMS and Helpscout.
  • Other duties as required
