Valuemed is a healthcare distribution company located in West Edmonton. We are looking for a skilled individual who is excited to use and improve their skills.
Our continued growth requires the addition of an experienced Customer Service Representative.

Day to day responsibilities of this role may include but not limited to:

• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Order entry
• Customer Quotes
• Phone inquiries
• Data Entry
• Researching products and information
• Other administrative duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and administrative experience
• Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High level of attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player
• Strong verbal and written communication
