As a customer service representative, you have a leading role in managing and growing your customer portfolio. You are the first point of contact for your customers and ensure optimal customer satisfaction. In this role, you will coordinate the communication between the planners and customers and monitor the progress of operational processes.

You are responsible for the accurate administration of orders and invoicing within a dynamic transport environment. Experience with SEA shipments, whether through shipping lines, freight forwarders, or NVOCCs, will enable you to quickly understand our operations and add value from day one. You have a passion for customer interaction and excel at building sustainable relationships with a diverse range of clients.
As the first point of contact for after-sales inquiries, you will manage your own customer base while processing their requests efficiently. This role requires you to apply and develop your organizational and communication skills as you constantly coordinate between the Sales and Coordinators teams.
You will proactively identify potential issues, collaborate with customers to find solutions, and resolve their queries promptly. Additionally, you will contribute to improving our current processes by sharing your insights and ideas.
