The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for day-to-day front desk interaction with aviation customers. If you are a successful multi-tasker who remains calm during busy moments, answers calls, greets customers in person, places fuel orders, invoices, and accepts payment for services, and provides information about Vantage, this could be the opportunity for you! This job requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, competent computer skills, and a calm and pleasant demeanor. Duties and Expectations: Greet and welcome everyone to the Greenville Jet Center, providing customers with professional service and assistance. Accurately receive, dispatch, and process customer purchases and fuel transactions Work closely with pilots and team members to ensure all customer service needs are met and/or exceeded. Maintain a working knowledge of the facilities, services, and the surrounding areas. Replenish supplies in adherence to the Vantage standard, including but not limited to complimentary beverages and supplies. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Preferred Qualifications: Competent Multi-tasker Experience with telephone, computer, cash register, and Point-of-Sale equipment. Ability to maintain records in a well-organized manner. Excellent verbal and written skills. Education and Experience – High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred. Ability to comprehend/perform basic math functions. 1+ year experience in hospitality or related field
