SUMMARY

Are you always prioritizing the customer and love to give excellent service we have the perfect job for you! As a Customer Service representative, you will play an important role in our success in getting vital deliveries to patients every day and be a primary contact for our Home delivery-patients. You will serve as a customer contact (by telephone or email) regarding such matters as ordering, scheduling and shipping.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You must be comfortable with Outlook and experience from an order management system is a plus.
  • You must have good communications skills as well as good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Fluency in Swedish and a very high level of English is required.
  • It is an advantage if you have experience from Logistics or/and Healthcare
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred.
  • Flexibility, organization and self-drive to deal with customer requirements.
  • A team player who is able to adapt to change and overcome challenges.
  • Ability to establish trusted relationships with external customers and internal contacts.
  • Possesses a curious mind with the ability to learn new concepts and skills quickly
Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for placing orders for our Home delivery-patients.
  • You will be calling for orders, emails and communicate with the warehouses, pharmacies and clinics.
  • You will work in Siebel and Excel daily.
  • You will administrate patient travels in Sweden and abroad.
  • You will support business with information when applicable.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams mainly the Renal team.
  • You will maintain the customer - and patient data and keep customer files updated.
