We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers
• Operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Ensure accuracy in handling cash, credit/debit card transactions, and change.
• Stock shelves and clean counter area
• Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
• Assist in receiving and organizing incoming shipments.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping and mopping.
• Follow legal requirements related to age-restricted products (e.g., tobacco, lottery).

• Sales experience.
• Experience operating the Ontario Lottery & Gaming terminal.

Required:

• Smart Serve Certification
• Experience operating the Ontario Lottery & Gaming terminal
• Experience with Tobacco and Tobacco products

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
