Description
Acts as the primary communication link between customers and the Micro-Measurements Advanced Sensors business team. Managing a dedicated territory, you will lead the end-to-end sales support process - from initial inquiry to order fulfillment - ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while optimizing internal service processes. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries within an assigned territory, providing professional support throughout the sales lifecycle. Order & Quote Management: Execute the end-to-end order process, including generating quotations, validating part numbers/pricing, and processing orders within the ERP system. Proactive Monitoring: Perform routine follow-ups on order status, proactively identifying potential delays and "raising flags" to ensure timely delivery. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate and sync with internal departments (Production, Logistics, Finance) to provide accurate answers and solutions to global customers. Issue Resolution: Oversee customer complaints and manage the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure with efficiency and professional care. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline customer service workflows and improve overall business efficiency. Requirements B.A. degree - An advantage At least a year of experience working with customers worldwide in a similar position. Knowledge of MS office (Outlook/Word/Excel) and ERP Systems.
