THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Smithfield site is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Services team. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in providing high-level customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while ensuring adherence to department KPIs.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and process customer orders in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain timely and clear communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the site scheduler and sales team to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Proactively contribute to safety, environmental management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage stock control processes.
  • Answer customer and stakeholder inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.
