What You'll Do Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy. Assist customers through live chat and support tickets. Help resolve account, billing, and service-related inquiries. Guide customers through troubleshooting and basic product support. Document customer interactions accurately using CRM software. Manage multiple applications and systems simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service. Follow established processes and quality standards. Work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Schedule This is a full-time, on-site position supporting a 24/7 operation. Candidates must be available to work: Rotating shifts, including overnight shifts Weekends Public holidays Five scheduled workdays per week with two rotating days off Training will be conducted Monday through Friday during business hours before transitioning to operational shifts. Experience with live chat or ticket management is an advantage. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities. Professional, patient, and empathetic approach to customer interactions. Comfortable learning new systems and technology. Ability to multitask across multiple screens and applications. Strong attention to detail when documenting customer interactions. Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
