Account specific roles and responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clinicians. Serve as the central point of contact for questions, support needs, and resource navigation. Track clinician performance and engagement metrics using available data and tools. Collaborate with leadership to identify trends, areas for improvement, and development opportunities. Support initiatives aimed at clinician satisfaction, retention, and professional development. Conduct coach-up care activities to assess engagement and maintain proactive communication. Maintain positive ongoing connections with former clinicians to support alumni engagement and potential future collaborations. Provide timely updates, summaries, and insights to leadership to support continuous improvement. Document interactions, progress, and recommendations in alignment with organizational processes. At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Voice Account Excellent verbal & written English skills Amenable working onsite in Mandaluyong Willing to work night shifts What can we offer you?
