ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or retail roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable, hard-working, and trustworthy
  • Holds a valid Manual Handling Certificate
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll be a key brand ambassador. This is a hands-on, in-office role that combines customer service, admin, and warehouse coordination. You’ll work closely with the sales, warehouse, purchasing, and transport teams to ensure smooth order processing and an outstanding customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer customer calls, process orders, and resolve queries
  • Manage retail counter enquiries
  • Co-ordinate orders between the warehouse, purchasing, and transport teams
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatches, PODs, and picking dockets
  • Handle ecommerce sales and respond to customer enquiries via our website
  • Support social media and marketing engagement efforts
  • Complete admin tasks related to order fulfilment and distribution
  • Work both independently and as part of the broader team
