Essential Functions: · Sales Support & Customer Interaction Provides daily sales assistance, interacts with customers, manages account data, and supports customer relationship management. · Order Management & ERP Processing Reviews and enters orders into ERP systems, acknowledges purchase orders, and ensures accurate order fulfillment. · Cross-Functional Collaboration Works closely with sales teams and other departments to coordinate efforts, share insights, and support strategic initiatives. · Communication & Reporting Delivers clear verbal and written communication, generates reports, collects feedback, and follows up on leads. · Task & Schedule Management Completes assigned tasks on time, follows instructions precisely, remains flexible for overtime, and aligns with core values. Requirements MIN EXPERIENCE 1-3 years of experience working in account specialist type role.
