CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE- FULL TIME

The customer service representative is responsible for generating appointments with customers that contact us via the internet and phone to purchase new and/or pre-owned vehicles. The ideal candidate should radiate a welcoming demeanor, possess a proactive problem-solving ability, and maintain a positive attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent in basic computer applications
  • Flexibility to work during evenings and on Saturdays

Responsibilities
  • Schedule service appointments through outbound prospecting and lead management
  • Engage with both service and sales clients for future visits to maintain strong customer retention
  • Partner with Service Advisors and Managers to exceed team performance goals
  • Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
  • Respond to all service-related inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner, escalating to appropriate staff as needed
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
  • Track appointments and customer interactions using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
