We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com Job Description Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain operational data accurately in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor and update milestone tracking across multiple countries to ensure timely operational visibility. Respond promptly to customer and internal queries (via email and Teams chat), providing accurate and relevant information. Record and validate operational details (e.g., cargo information) to support smooth workflows and compliance requirements. Review and verify completed work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards. Communicate proactively with country operations and internal teams, providing updates and resolving inquiries in a professional manner. Safeguard sensitive customer and company information, ensuring confidentiality at all times. Collaborate with team members to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements as part of the Continuous Improvement initiative. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred). Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle customer and internal interactions professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Ability and willingness to work on 4-week rotational shifts within Day & Night Shifts. Night Shift (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM) / Day Shift (8.00 AM - 5.00 PM) Able to work on weekends permanently (Off days will be Thursday & Friday) Flexibility to support operations on public holidays when required. Typing proficiency: minimum 30–40 words per minute with 95%+ accuracy. Prior experience in logistics, operations, or milestone tracking will be an added advantage. What moves you?
