Weitsman Recycling is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as a key point of contact at our recycling facility. As a CSR, you will support front-office operations, handle transaction processing, and ensure a positive experience for our customers and vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience; industrial or logistics setting preferred
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED required
