We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Norwich-based Contact Centre team. If you have a passion for photography and enjoy helping people, this is a great opportunity to combine both in a customer-focused role.
Working Hours
This is a part-time role (22 hours per week) with fixed weekend shifts:
- Friday: 9 a.m.–5:30 p.m. or 9:30 a.m.–6 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Sunday: 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
This schedule is ideal if you’re looking for regular, consistent hours at the end of the week.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling incoming calls about customer service, sales, trade-ins, and technical queries.
- Responding to customer queries via live chat, email, and social media.
- Giving product advice and photography-related guidance.
- Taking orders, arranging deliveries, and processing payments securely.
- Coordinating with carriers to resolve delivery issues.
- Managing customer returns, refunds, and replacements.
- Proactively informing customers about new products and promotions.
- Working closely with your team to achieve targets.
What you’ll need
- An interest in and knowledge of photography/videography.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing.
- Team-player mindset.
- Previous contact centre or customer service experience is a plus.
