WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Reporting to the Customer Service Lead and be responsible with the team to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
· You will develop strong working relationships with our sales team and customers nationwide dealing with queries via calls, e-mails, and occasional in-person
· You will be supporting the sales team and customers with prompt processing of orders
· Ably assist customers with any queries around stock, orders, prices, deliveries, etc
· Work autonomously and collaboratively with a positive can-do attitude
· Provide support to other departments where required
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
· 1-2 years’ experience/post-graduate and willing to grow into the role
· Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
· Confident and focused and empathetic to deliver exceptional customer experience
· A natural flair for helping others, with professional etiquette in all mediums of communications
· Must be a reliable, friendly, polite, clear communicator and a team player
· You will be PC literate, we operate SAP Business One (training will be provided) and MS Office
· You will be eligible to work in Ireland, fluent in oral and written English
