JOB SUMMARY

The Wine Library is looking for a detail-oriented individual to help in our customer service department!
This is an entry level position. 40 hours a week. Medical, Dental, 401K option available.

Responsibilities
  • Answering customer phone calls and emails.
  • Submit customer order claims (FedEx/UPS) and keep track of all claims from start to finish.
  • Manage customer trouble tickets.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Process customer order returns (should be able to lift up to 40 pounds)
  • Processing orders.
  • Enter personal customer information into databases.
  • Updating product information on our site.
  • Signing up customers to our email/text service.
