JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic customer service representatives to join our Calgary-based team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a proven track record in telephone customer service, and knowledge in sewing, which is a bonus. You will be the friendly voice of the company, assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: minimum of 3 years in telephone customer service
  • Sewing knowledge (bonus): familiarity with sewing and thread applications (e.g. quilting, embroidery, garment construction etc).
  • Language skills: Fluency in English; French language skills are a strong asset.
  • Technical skills: experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships.
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and salesmanship with a customer-first mindset.
  • Team Spirit: A collaborative attitude and eagerness to contribute to a supportive team environment
Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule calls to offer top-notch customer attendance and retention
