REQUIRED SKILLS

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
  • Able to work Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time (may change based on business needs)
  • Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably

  • High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline

Responsibilities

ROLE: FULL TIME | REMOTE – MICHIGAN RESIDENTS

Tasks:

  • Research and respond to customer questions on dental, vision, life and disability benefits using our systems and information sources
  • Help customers, groups and providers over the phone and in writing, using clear, polite language and appropriate grammar / punctuation
  • Follow quality standards when handling communications
  • Check subscriber plans to determine their benefits
  • Gather, organize, manage and record claims, messages and other documents
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the team
  • Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitud
